ÖTI Institute

We collaborate with renowned and accredited institutes to ensure that our products always meet current legislation and provide our customers with the maximum safety. The materials in our programme that are subject to these requirements, such as textiles, foam, packaging and so on, are tested either as individual components or complete items. We arrange for analytical material tests on emissions, chemical constituents and physical properties to be carried out by various organisations including the Öti Institute of Ecology using various methods and procedures.

Quality guarantee
If a fault is discovered during the warranty period, in particular faults in the design, condition or functional capacity of the product, moll will replace the faulty parts free-of-charge against the return of the faulty parts.

5 year after-sales guarantee
In accordance with the moll after-sales warranty, we will supply all product additions and containers at the current list price in the decor and colour of your desk or PC desk insofar as the decor and colour were part of our delivery program at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the models and the designs of the product additons and containers.

blue angel
In furniture industry the “Blue Angel” environmental quality seal is awarded with the statement “low in emmisions”. This means that only products which have no emissions, or are very low in emissions during their product life, may be are awarded this seal. The “Blue Angel”
aims to provide the consumer with the opportunity to select products made of wood or wood materials which conform with the strict inspection criteria of the LGA.

The GS symbol for inspected safety is awarded by the LGA (the Bavarian office for trading). The LGA is a neutral and independent partner which acts between the state, industry and the costumer. This internationally recognised institution for inspection and product certification inspects and assesses products for manufacturers, retail chains and consumer organisations.

Each product contains exhaustive assembly instructions which offer an illustrated, step-by-step explanation of the assembly process in order to keep assembly time to a minimum.
